The Preakness Stakes is a horse race in Baltimore in May. It had a BYOB policy (formerly kegs then restricted to all the beer you can carry in a cooler) until 2009 ban after videos of drunk people running along the tops of portable toilets being pelted by beer cans. Crowds dropped 25% after the ban. Just saying..
